Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! That's why we offer a 30-day return policy. If, for any reason, you need to return an item, you have 30 days from the day you receive it to let us know.

To qualify for a return, please make sure your item is in the same condition you received it—unopened, unused, and still in its original packaging. Don’t forget to have your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

How to Start a Return
Simply reach out to us at hello@luxiapharma.com, and we'll guide you through the process. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that any items sent back to us without an approved return request won’t be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you've received the wrong item, please contact us right away. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue for you.

Items That Can’t Be Returned
Please note that we can’t accept returns for items that have been opened or used.

Exchanges
If you’d like to make an exchange, the quickest way to do so is to return your original item and place a new order for the item you want once your return is approved.

EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For our customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its packaging. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase.

Refunds
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may need a bit more time to process and post the refund.
